Regular lead time is 2 weeks. We provide one-stop FOB/CIF/DDP logistics including customs clearance and last-mile delivery, making your procurement as easy as local buying.
How do you handle after-sales? Do you have global support?
Warranty periods vary depending on the product, ranging from 1 to 15 years. Via our online ticketing system, our engineers provide remote diagnostics. We are also building a global network of authorized local service partners for timely on-site support.
